My F&D soundbar is not responding but just showing both power & source indicators glowing!!

According to the user manual, the fourthj LED flashing (Error D) means that a thermal (heat) shutdown happened. If Error D, Thermal shutdown, is indicated, turn off the Sound Bar and verify the ventilation slots in the Sound Bar are clear, the Sound Bar has proper ventilation and is not being operated in an environment
that is too hot. If these conditions exist, reduce the volume level for the particular source content being played. My bar did this and I left it disconnected from the Ac power a full day , and it powered up the next day.

Clearly, it thinks you're overdriving it.

Blinking Power Indicator every 2 seconds means the internal temperature is high. (Page 76 of the manual)

Every half-second - speaker impedance too low.

Consider the load presented by the speakers and what their minimum impedance might be.

Check for loose speaker wires.

The glow plug coming on on the Diesel Mondeo is an engine management fault indicator. The car goes into "limp mode" when this happens or in other words safety mode is triggered. This explains your loss of power.

To find the cause of this light coming on - the car will have to go on an OBD scanner at a service shop which will read the codes stored in the cars computer and give you an answer as to what is causing the fault to show.
