The snowblower blade is not spinning. - Garden

It seems to be a common issue when you change a belt! Most people have it the other was when they won't turn.

What model. PLEASE

check belt (broken or worn)
check tension on belt when engaged (engine OFF)
CHECK FOR ICE BUILD IP IN THE BOTTOM OF BLOWER HOUSING the round part

if auger wont spin heat it up a little

Try Home Depot. They carry a wide range of snowblowers with tecumseh engines.

check on the shaft they are mounted on and there might be a bolt that goes all the way through it. If so they are shear bolts that can break if you get something stuck in the blades. Just replace the bolt if broken or missing.

You need what they call a "friction wheel" replaced.

Back wheels have a gear that connects to the drive chain. on each side. those spin.
The front ones which are Idlers do not spin as the idler wheel as a bushing in it that allows free motion on the shaft without resistance. Use a nylock nut with Locktight for starters. The try that.

You will have to take the top cover off of the snowblower there should be a belt that runs the auger
