Why won't my lg ductless heat pump regulate the room temperature?

After I have been reading up on your unit it appears that the thermostat is not operating correctly. I found this real basic information on installation for your unit. This link I am giving is pretty basic instal schematics. But seems to be something about your thermostat needs to be dialed in or is not working properly.

All three units turn off after 2 minutes

Make sure you have set them correctly IE/ If you want them to heat, make sure the heat symbol is dispalyed and the temperature setting is above the room temperature. Press the "house" symbol on the remote to find the room temperature. LG as with most other brands , if set to cooling but the remote temp is set high ( 20 to 25 degrees,) will run for a few minutes and then turn off as the machine thinks it has reached the temperature you have selected.. Heat symbol on LG is a "sun", cooling is an icicle. Check your filters.... if they are dirty, the units will not operate correctly.

Ie tube freeze

You may need to balance the distribution of cold air between the freezer and refrigerator section.
The temperature setting influences both and there is normally a control that lets you divide the cooling between the two compartments.
If you don't have one, get an inexpensive (<$5 US) refrigerator thermometer, normally a simple dial-type, and monitor your refrigerator temperature (maybe somewhere in the middle) overnight when not often opened, set the main control to get the temperature between 40-45 degrees F.
Then check the freezer temp.; it should be <10 degrees F (0 is better), then swap back to the fridge to correct the main setting.
Go back and forth until you have both compartments close to the mentioned ranges.
