How do I reformat my MSI U135DX and to reset my keyboard because its not working well. Like it input number 5, automatically.

Press the "Delete" key several times, as the computer displays the POST screen to enter the BIOS area. The POST is the "Power On Self Test" that the computer performs to check the hard drive, memory and processor on your computer. If your computer displays an MSI logo screen instead of the POST screen, press the "Tab" key to display the POST screen, and then tap the "Delete" key a few times.

I am pretty good at taking remote controls and keyboards and washing and cleaning the insides to remove spills and food residues. But that could be a bent pin or broken wire.

If it is an internal webcam (the one on the top of the monitor) look for a key on your keyboard,which has a webcam picture on it,then press the key and Fn (function) key at the same time when you're on the desktop
If it is an external webcam (which connected to the USB ports) go to Device Manager by right clicking on My Computer,select Properties,on the Properties window click on Hardware tab,then click Device Manager. Or if you are using windows Vista or windows 7,you can type "device" on the start menu and select Device Manager
On device manager window,expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and see if there are an USB which has "?" sign on it (or any sign)
Then right click on the signed device (if there are one) and select uninstall,follow the uninstall process and restart your computer
The computer will reinstall the driver automatically

First of all, the top priority is to make sure your laptop HAS Bluetooth. Even though there are are Bluetooth indicators on the keyboard and a Bluetooth LED on the computer.... this doesn't necessarily mean they outfitted it with one. According to their product link, the Bluetooth functinoality is "optional" (meaning- if you didn't specifically ask for it when you bought it- it may have not been installed in the computer).

What I would do is give them a call- see if they can reference your customer information, or the serial number of the laptop to tell you whether or not they included a Bluetooth radio in your laptop.
