you cant,lacking working MSI driver so buy sound card, and end all this. msi ended support on K8t long ago. sound is not simple many PC this is 1 to3 chips wired custom and with mixers and more. learn that and learn there is no support now, and buy a sound card listed at w7 supported.. 64b it !!!

the ms, 7xyz series is a relic all that matters is the size of mobo, to case ATX or microATX some or most cases (not oem) do both sizes and none told by you case , maker and model but just looking there under mobo shows what screw stub holes are there for both. or not. the power switch is just 2 pins and easy to rewire. the manual on both cover all that but no case told.
