I am trying to update the speed dials on our company's Panasonic Kx-T7730 and I have only gotten as far as nine speed dials, because when I try to enter a phone number as speed dial no.10 it just enters as speed dial no. 1. So at the moment I am unable to do speed dials that are double digits and I don't know why, can someone pleeeease help me with this?!

The phone is a Panasonic KX-T7730 as stated in the original question.
I am updating our company's speed dials (which range from 1 - 80).
I have been fixing/overriding these using the following procedure:
2* then DESIRED SPEED DIAL NO. then TELEPHONE NO. then # then hang up.
I have been able to store 9 speed dials so far. When I try to enter a number as speed dial 10 it'l like it doesn't register the second digit and so it enters as speed dial no. 1
I want to know how to enter speed dials 10 and up (i.e. double digits).
Do you understand now?
That would make sense why I can't get past 9, ha! How would I do this on the system directory then? What is the procedure?
It is an Advanced Hybrid System KX-TA308 by the way. Thank you.
I understood and posted the solution the FIRST time you asked the question. I still understand it, but you lost the right to ever get a solution from me.
RTFM
