Setting the time on the panasonic KX-T7630

The KX-T7731 is just the phone. The auto attendant is controlled by the PBX. To change the message, please consult the manual for the PBX. If you don't have that manual, please reply to this post and specify the model of your PBX.

You need to set a specific password. Probably in RESET password, it's reset to a default value, so if you don't know what the default is, then you can't use it. We usually use x(plus your extension), where x is like a digit 3 or 4, but I didn't install yours :-)

Would this be wildlife in Grand Lake St. Mary? Time is set from the phone allowed to program, usually the attendant at extension 101. From the idle phone, press PROG and dial **1234 if you get Prog No or similar, then dial 000 and Enter. The arrows or FWD button will step you through the time, using your soft keys.

The KX-T7630 is a proprietary digital phone that will only work on panasonic phone systems. You need an analog phone if you are going to connect it directly to an outside telephone line.

I can answer it, but it requries programming access to your system.

Better to call your installer/programmer who will know how he set it up.
It's an intercept timing issue.

To change time on the KX-T7630 switchboard (using the TDA 100).
Press Progam or pause
Enter **
Enter your system password.

press cursor down one level - you will then see set date and time.

To exit the programming mode at anytime, lift the handset.

owners manual makes no reference to time stamp , setting time .
doe's it have a clock ?

If you are using this phone on a Panasonic KX-TDA 30/100/200/600 system. From the Switcboard / Main telephone or Managers phone with the handset on the cradle/hook press Program * * or Program * # followed by the system password ( default is 1234). Now press 000 and then ENTER. Enter the last 2 digits of the year and then select the month with either SEL+ or AUTO ANS / MUTE. Now scroll right with the right arrow key and change the date. Now press the NEXT button on the screen and the time will appear. Set the time. Press AUTO DIAL / STORE to save your changes. Lift the handset and put it down to exit program mode.

You'll need your "Pin code". I could not find anything on how to clear it if you forget it. You may need to go to a service center or call one. Good luck
