I have a Kitchen Aid Superba - 9 years old - and the water dispenser just stopped working overnight. Ice maker is working fine and dispensing normal. Why isn't the water dispenser working?
Your water line could
be frozen in the door. You can disconnect the line under the unit before it
goes into the door at the bottom hinge. Push the dispenser button and see if it
comes out there. If it does leave the door open
till it thaws
disconnect
the line to the water dispenser at the water inlet valve on the back where the
water supply comes in and try the dispenser. if you hear the valve work but
water doesn't come out, the valve is bad. If you don't hear the valve, the
dispenser switch is bad.
The most likely cause is the dual water control valve on the rear of refrigerator has failed on the dispenser side. The part number is W10247725 providing the model number KSCS25INSS is correct above your post. Thanks, Sea Breeze

maker not working: ---
Its the problem of water inlet valve. It's a
dual valve. This valve has two tubes in it. One for water dispenser and one
for ice maker chamber. The one side of valve is working, but other side of the
