Why are there less numbers when plotting in the coordinates than google earth are giving me and how do I rectify this,

The more numbers there are in the address, the better, or closer, you are to the place in question. Just like "it will cost roughly a few hundred dollars" or saying "it will be three hundred forty seven dollars and nineteen cents" gives you a lot better idea of the cost. If there are too many digits in the GPS coordinates, round off to where it will fit in your device.

If you chose to. It's not correct .
This is (four thousands three hundreds forty five)
You can round off only some thing like this:

Sequence these numbers 9,3,1,243,81

In what sequence would you like them? In English alphabetical order they are eighty-one, nine, one, three, two-hundred-forty-three. From largest to smallest they are 243, 81, 9, 3, 1.

There are 120 different ways to order five numbers, and a sequence can be constructed for each one of them.
