My canon ix4000 gives a service error 5750 - Could you please help

Error 5c10 is ink absorber problem.You need to reset Printer Canon ink absorber. For this Follow the steps given below

• Start with printer off
• Press and hold resume Button (triangle in the circle) and click "Power" button. Green led should be on
• While holding the Power button, release the Resume Button.
• Without releasing the Power Button, click "Resume" button for two times and release Both Buttons.
• Click "Resume" for four times then soon click "Power" button, to confirm the selected action (reset counter absorber).
• Turn off the printer and turn on again

Error will be removed
If the problem exist then then go to Canon authorized service facility for repair. You can also get support by Canon by phone, at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666)

The Canon website indicates that is a hardware problem, there's nothing i can do. You call a technician or the canon help support. This is the description of the code:

Other hardware error [6500] - Logic board ***'y (QM2-3393 / QM3-1654)

Error code 5C00 means purge unit is broken. You need to bring the printer to the service center to get broken purge unit replace. I hope this short information help you. Thanks.

Well what happenned is that I had already printed some things before and some of the papers were sticking into the feeder where the paper comes out. A really stupid mistake. Also my blue ink is low so this could be another reason. The error code was actually 5750. I apologize for taking up your time with such a stupid mistake.
