We have a fax machine panasonic kx-ft983-cx-b that states in the LCD ''fax memory full''. we already place a new fax paper but the memory did not print. please need your response immediately.

When making a copy, the document being stored exceeds the memory capacity of the unit. Press {STOP} to clear the message.
Divide the document into sections.

Fax/memory full
The memory is full of received documents due to a lack of recording paper or a recording paper jam. Install paper (page 14)
or clear the jammed paper (page 72).

I have a problem with the fax machine in question is panasonic kx ft77 . When receiving a fax error expel warm up and stop receiving the document. Or does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it ? Thanks in advance

Try unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds.

Make sure there is no additional error messages on the screen - they usually show in a sequence one after another - maybe paper not loaded correctly,or machine is jammed or out of thermal film.

Unplug the power cord for 2 mins.

The memory is full of received documents due to a

Make sure you have paper / ink, etc.

Unplug for 10 seconds.
