There is not a secret service mode.

To enter service mode press the status key and enter 1087 and then 1087 again. But to login for system settings the User Name is 4000 and the Password is 4000.

that is the only code to get into service mode

I would suggest you check the manual of the kyocera 1815 copier. this should be stated clearly on the user manual. so check the user manual for the information as regards this.
