Tags: Tech News, Tutorials If you are a normal computer user who has forgot his BIOS password and you are unable to access to your BIOS, then you need a simple way to change your BIOS. Its not that hard because you just need a simple trick to reset your BIOS password.
Open your CPU cabinet after switching OFF the power and then try to locate the CPU battery which can be found very easily. Once you locate your battery you need to remove it once and restart your PC without the battery.

Note : Once you remove your battery from the mother board, you will find that all your time settings in your computer would be lost, and some softwares may stop working which are based on your computer time.


You need to shut down your PC again and now add back the battery which will enable you the time saving feature and also reset your BIOS password.

This will require unplugging the computer and removing the case or side of case. the battery will be easy to spot if not covered by something else, it looks like a large watch battery and just has a little clip holding it in place..
