Can you sue if a club accused you of smoking crack in a bathroom, for defamation of character

You can sue for anything. The issue is will you prevail? To sue you need to show that you were damaged. In other words did this accusation result in anything happening to you other than what took place at the club? Did you lose a job? Did you get arrested and the information published? If none of that happened then you wont win.

you go find a lawyer firm that has plenty of experience with actions against doctors
you maybe able to get a class action if there are others with the same complaints

if this is a common fault with the manufacture of the vehicle there will be class action against the company. contact legal advice to find out if such an action is pending and join it.

The above comment and content of links are fabricated lies. Skydur is a copycat service that was created after Obrad Grujic, Paul Hay, and Jovica Mizdrak (all former developers of the Freedur application terminated due to poor work quality and ethics) hijacked the Freedur servers and fraudulently posted lies posing as Freedur staff on our own website. The hacking incident took place back in August 2009 and caused severe damages and grief to our company and customers. *Currently we are only able to pursue Paul Hay and Stackfile Corp via the court, as Grujic lives in Serbia and Mizdrak lives in Australia.

Currently, the perpetrators operate under the following identities: Stackfile, Skydur, and Astrill. All of these entities either do not exist as a real company or are suspended. Stackfile Corp is suspended by the State of California. A search for "Stackfile" at http://kepler.sos.ca.gov will reveal its current status.

The Skydur individuals are attempting to confuse the public by accusing Freedur and its owners of doing what they actually did to us. You cant! there is no way to retrieve emails once they are sent. they cease to belong to you legally. they are now the property of the addressee.If they are abusive emails you are now liable as a resultand can be pusued trhrough the courts for harrassment or defamation

I’m sure if they haven’t got any proof of you taking any thing and they have sacked you then I’m sure that’s a case best to ring your local citizens advice bureau they will help you and get you in touch with the right person to sort your problem sorry if I haven’t helped you good luck
