The registration roller is not causing the print sync issues. It is the sync clutch on the right side of the transfer assembly that is located in the right door that folds down. It is easily replaced and can be found in numerous places online.

SOURCE: Printing not centered

If the other 7 printers print the barcode from the same software in the right place then the problem is with your printer.
Try to recallibrate the printer by doing this.
TURN OFF
HOLD THE GREEN BUTTON ON THE FRONT OF THE PRINTER DOWN AND TURN ON THE PRINTER
HOLD THE BUTTON UNTIL THE LIGHT FLASHES 2-3 TIMES RED AND THEN LET THE BUTTON GO
the printer should now perform a recalibration.

If this dows not fix it, then either the printer has a permanent fault or the printer driver/software is not set to the correct label width.

SOURCE: when copying or printing, there is a whitish strip

Remove the toner cartridge and while keeping relatively level, shake it from side to side. Re-install and try a test print. If the light band has gone away then problem solved. It does mean that your toner crtridge is probably starting to get low on toner. 90% of the time, print quality issues on HP lasers are toner cartridge related.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.

How do i clean the gray roller inside?

the grey roller (1"wide) can be cleaned using Spray WD40 on a cloth, wipe the roller clean using the chemicals in WD40,(also moisturizes the rubber) allow 5 FULL mins for evaporation then wipe ANY excess off with a CLEAN DRY cloth, first few feeding attempts may faail leaving residue this is normal.alternatively use a professional rubber restorer compund.
the long Grey roller spanning the entire print width is Not removable, it is factory fitted and set into place, stripping a machine down to that level is not cost effective even at very low labour rates.

MFC 240C print quality is excellent but prints crooked on page. Ran alignment multiple times, no help.

When the paper does not feed straight, dirty or sticky rollers can cause it to jamb or crinkle, also failure to remove all traces of paper from a previous paper jamb will cause further paper jambs.
Check for tiny pieces of at the edges of the rollers, and remove these pieces of paper. The rollers may be dirty or sticky and causes the paper to not feed straight.
Try cleaning the rollers with methylated spirits.

When i click print the paper feeds fromright side and jams.

if your paper feed not straight, most probably the feed roller.. the roller which feed the paper is broken.. the normal broken area is the tip holding the roller, it can be repaired if you know how to open the printer and remove the roller.. you can always drill a small hole and insert a small round wood piece..
to be sure, try feeling the roller with your hand first.. if there is much free space between the roller and lower part.. then most probably it's broken..

Hi I have the dp-3510 and it is displaying the message p/m fuser web with a contact phone number. I tried calling the number but it's not in service. Panasonic won't answer questions and neither will...

The "fuser webb" is a part in your fusing unit that cleans the fusing rollers. There is no diagnoses needed. It is a Preventative Maintenance (PM) part that is replaced after the preset number of copies have been run. Some machines will eventually stop running so as to require you to get the maintenance done, some do not. You are however running the risk of damaging the fusing rollers if the webb runs out. If I were doing this maintenance the cost would be about $175 so use that as a guide.

HP 4215 won't feed envelopes

I assume you are using the manual feed try, if so there is a tire (rubber) near the center of the tray, just use any penetrating oil (such as triflow or wd-40) and clean the tire. Same thing goes for the tray assembly, there will be one half circle tire (flat on one side round on the other its the round side that needs cleaning).

Rollers are leaving black smudges on my checks

Are you positive that this is a 'roller' problem.  Black smudges usually indicate a drum problem (your toner cartridge).  If you pull it out, you'll see a flap that should move back and forth.  If you move that flap, you'll see a shiny cylendar.  That's the drum.  See if you can see any marks on it (don't touch it with your hands.)

The problem is, it's hard to tell whether or not it's the drum just by looking.  Your best bet is to see if replacing the cartridge takes care of the problem.
