The printer is probably damaged, so, call Sony tech at 1-800-883-6817 x21 . If they will not be able to trouble shoot the problem, they will direct you to the repair facility. You have 1 year warranty on this printer if purchased from an authorized Sony dealer.

SOURCE: My printer is not printing
After multiple trys I finaly got it to work by doing the following:
Turned off printer, disconnected network cable and power cable. and reconnecting Network cable, power cord and turning on. This was done about 5 times or more before it worked.

are you recording in the .3gp mode or .mp4? some phones hav these options as low/high quality...try recording in .3gp..this should work..
