SOURCE: engine blowing oil from oil filler cap
I had the same problem. I changed the pcv valve and checked the hose. It still did the same thing. Then I checked the metal tubing that the hose connects to and found it was full of hardened gunk. I sprayed PB Blaster into the tube let it soak for awhile. Then took an old choke cable, put it on a drill and ran it into the tube like a drain snake. It took a while of doing this over and over but eventually got it cleared out. Now, no more oil all over the engine and hood compartment.

Do what cadman000 said but post the ecm codes.
SOURCE: a lot of fumes come from the vent tube located
First off are you getting a MIL/ check engine light??
i beleave this van is new enough it should have an EVAP system on it there is a close valve soliniod that should allow those fumes to leak out through the EVAP canister not build up pressure in the tank and leak out the top tube when you open the cap...
I hope this helps if im readin into this wrong please clarify for me and ill repost more info for you. good luck
Testimonial: "Thanks. I think you 're right. I will check the solenoid and tell you later."
SOURCE: coolant leak front under oil fill cover s engine
OK, 4.3 V6 ? Coolant leak is coming from under the oil fill cover ? , do you mean the oil fill tube ? Could be a bypass hose is leaking, or a manifold gasket is bad, need more info maybe, pics

The first thing I would do is to mae sure the oil cap is installed properly. Then I would check the PCV system. A faulty PCV system can cause oil to be forced out of the cap under pressure. Most of the time, replacement of the PCV Valve will fix this, but the hoses and other components also should be checked. If your cap is good and the PCV system is working properly, it is most likely caused by combustion gasses entering the crankcase due to worn piston rings or a cracked piston. If this is the case, the only fix would be engine overhaul or replacement.
