2018 Ford Edge SiriusXM Presets not showing up on Sync3 screen. The preset bar shows up on AM/FM but not on Satellite Radio screen. Any idea of how to enable the preset bar?

get bose to make a warranty replacement or repair, its not a user servicable part, infcat its going to be difficult to find the exact problem even if you REALLY want to open it up, it may also be a faulty opamp on IC not switching.

with the UP/DOWN buttons.
2. Press MEMORY once. The
preset choice will go to the next
available one.
3. Within 5 seconds, press
MEMORY again to save the
current frequency as a preset,
or else use the UP/DOWN

number, then press MEMORY
to save it.
4. The UP/DOWN buttons usually
tune the frequency, but when
loading the presets, they navigate
the presets.

Try tuning to the station you want and then hold down the present button you would like programmed for ten seconds... if not then there's always the manual.

There should be numbered buttons on the receiver.Set the channel to what you want to preset,then press and hold down the numbered button you want.The sound will probably go away for a couple of seconds but when it comes back on the channel is preset.If you press the band button while you're already on FM and it goes to another FM,you can also preset more channels for FM.There should only be one AM band,then it will switch back to FM.
