Believe it or not 12 12vdc... center pin positive. Oops... just saw the date of this... you either got it hooked up successfully by now or you fried it... hopefully this will help someone else.
Picked up the wrong power cord for my car pluged
This unit just uses a regular 12VDC cord, make sure that you have the proper polarity as far as if the center pin is (+) positive or if it is negative (-). Is it still under warranty? Please write me back and I can help you some more as I have one of these.

Hard Reset:
