If it's more than 6 years old, it's time for a new one. Or maybe you blew out your fuses. Try resetting the fuse box and switch off and on. Then after you switch back the power, go and try to turn on washing machine again.
Firstly, do you have water at the moment? Then, your power must be on and the taps turned to on - hot, cold or both. Secondly, the cycle must be selected and activated; by pulling or pushing the control knob. Still not working? Check power to the house. Switch on a house light. Does it work? Plug something else into the power point. Does this work. If not, then the fuse may be blown. ELCB (safety switch) may have tripped. Reset, replace etc; Lights on but nothing working - then switch off, unplug the machine, turn off the taps and disconnect the hoses to the machine. Most washing machines have inline water filters and these can become blocked. Clean/replace and try again. Beyond this it may be that the solenoids are broken and need replacing. A multimeter could confirm this.
Headlamp relay possibly . location - under hood fuse box . Top left corner of the fuse box , I'm guessing . Don't know how this is situated in the engine bay .
Remove drain hose from where it connects to the plumbing under the sink/tub. Inspect the spigot. If clogged, clean. If clean, then tilt machine back and remove drum to pump hose from pump. Check hose and also drain pump. Clear any obstructions.
