I have a GPX S7695 Home Stereo and it won't turn on with or without the remote. Is there a reset button on it?

I hope you purchased the warranty, because your TV is DONE.

My sound went out 3 days ago and Purchased the TV in July 2006. For a while my screen look like it was going bad and now the sound is gone. Since I purchased the Warranty (listen to this crap). The are sending me a box though U.S. Mail to my home. I then pack the box and take it back to the Post Office and send my TV to New York for Repair. Then the repair will take place and they will ship my TV back from New York to Los Angeles. Unless it is beyond Repair. Then they will take another 30 days to process the check and mail it from New York to Los Angeles,



At this time I can only laugh at myself for bying a non-name brand TV to save money.

The laser pickup head has failed, or the pladder motor that spins the disc is open, or there is no voltage to the motor. Chances are the whole assembly will need to be replaced, but as a rule it is cheaper to replace the stereo.
