Do you know what brand/make your coffee machine is, without that information you will only get guesses, most probably useless.

fault f1 is slow or no cold fill. this fault code with overfill points to: air chamber blocked with sludge hose from air chamber to pressure stat blocked or split pressure stat faulty of these the first is the most likely

This is probably a control board failure, which should be replaced by someone familiar with them.

You need to make sure you don’t have an air lock. Find the bleeder valve for the coolant system and release the air. If you can’t find the bleeder, find the highest hose for the coolant system and make sure coolant is flowing through it.

Set the water level selector to a lower level. The sensor will always work if the water level is much higher than the trigger level. However, the "much higher" condition is never reached if the water is about to overflow.

Check and see if your cutting grid is still lined up on the back side towards the freezer plate. I have had the cutter miss align on some and failed to see it then just have to remove the thumb screws and re set the back end. Feel for more roughness from scale. Especially on the sides and edges. you may need to clean it again
This unit I believe is set to allow water in when it goes through a harvest. it wont refill until the coldest temp is reached then will stop filling after the warmest temp is reached.
