I had to unplug my cable/tv last night and when I turned it on this morning I could not get the menu to display the cable accept on the menu screen. I went in to turn off the home theater and the cable comes right up but cannot get it to come on tv screen after going out of menu. All I get is Ant A or B blue screen. Try just unplugging TV for 30 seconds, then replug in. May just need to reset.

1. Try this - hold the menu button down for 10 seconds. TV should power up; you will have to turn off front panel buttons on menu.

2. You can also try a hard reset: Unplug TV from AC mains and remove all cables from TV. Wait about 30 minutes and replug to AC power and redo the cabling. Switch on the TV and see if it works..

What is the make and model of your tv? If this is an lcd or plasma, is there a backlight that comes on when you press the power button? If this is a dlp tv, do you see the lamp light from the back of the set? If you give me make and model I can download service manual to give you more informed information.

This may be a simple fix. Do you still have the original cable that came with it for the video OUT? Plug this back into your playstation and TV while leaving the HDMI cable connected.
check now both HDMI channels and AV/Composite options on your source selection this should give you the display,
Now what we need to do is setup your HDMI output again.
From the menu bar,

• Go to settings
• Display Settings
• Video output settings
• choose HDMI

if you have the choice to choose OK choose it. If your screen goes blank go through your HDMI channels again and if the Playstation screen is there then select OK,
Then you can remove the composite cable again

Unplug 20 minutes. Make sure there is adequate ventilation around the set.

Try with the original manufacturer remote to view setup menu.

Power outages come at night. This sometimes resets the TV and other devices. .

• adjust screen control located on flyback transformer.
