Need plastic gears for jabsco search light 61040 can I use 62040 to buy parts for61040 4019963566

There are no parts suppliers listed. These a made very cheaply in China. You may be able to get someone to 3D Print you one. Or these are Chinese suppliers on amazon and eBay that only sell plastic, nylon and metal gears.

Did you ever find a source? I am looking for a bulb for this same unit, and also a gear mechanism for tilt.

could be either, locate pump and make sure it's not plugged (fun, fun)

Chances are that it may be a ceased motor assy.
I had same problem & solved it by replacing motor assy.
Suggest unwire it & remove from unit and apply 12v to terminals (either way round)
If the gear wheel does not turn slowly then that is where your ploblem lies.
Replacement motor not excessively expensive.

Another possibility is to search Ebay for a unit like yours which has other problems. Never can tell... it may be there.
Make sure you ask for the model of the unit in your search (on the NET as well. The serial in this case is not needed.
