I see you are having trouble with the turntable motor on your Frigidaire microwave. The best way to reset your microwave is to disconnect power from it for roughly ten minutes. You can do that by flipping the household circuit breaker off. I hope that helps. -Matt

I guess my problem cannot be fixed. I was told that my microwave turntable is automatic and cannot be turned off, therefore, if you have a 9 1/2 x 11 dish and need to reheat something it cannot go in the microwave because it does not fit .
