You can check the 3 internal fuses located under the control housing..You will need to remove the 4 screws to open and check??? These fuses are not easy to replace and should be done by an electrician. Also, the on/off switch could be bad and could be checked with a volt meter. You can call intex and see if you can return under warranty???
