My intex spa will not heat I get what I think is an error code E95

pump error --will need to take pump apart and replace the ceramic rod that holds pump in place --intex doesnt sell parts for pumps go to home depot and get a brazing rod $ 10 for a bundle will only need about 3'' clean off flux and replace unit --reason for brass is its a magnetic pump the links show how and where to remove pump but not completely repair [ using the brass rod ]
Intex spa E95 cheap fix Intex SSP 10 PureSpa Repair less than 40

Chlorinator wont come on it appears dead.

You can check the 3 internal fuses located under the control housing..You will need to remove the 4 screws to open and check??? These fuses are not easy to replace and should be done by an electrician. Also, the on/off switch could be bad and could be checked with a volt meter. You can call intex and see if you can return under warranty???
