Cannot use Samsung electric dryer DVE45A6400V/A3 240/60 Hz on a power supply circuit 240/50 Hz. What are my options? Dryer runs for 15 seconds then stops the cycle with and 'FC power' code.

Nothing you can do. The dryer is not suitable for the power source in your country. The AC cycles are not fast enough. Ask Samsung direct. They may be able to sell you a suitable motor.

Frequency errors (FC, FE, 1 FC)

These codes mean that there is an invalid power source frequency. To fix this, try restarting the cycle.
If the error code remains, visit the Support Center to request service.

I have Samsung gas dryer model DV410. no heat, replaced two thermal fuse and hi low limit. Now it only works with timed cycle mode. the rest mode, it runs only for least the 5 minutes and shut off.

timed cycle mean dryer not on sensor dry mode. check wire connection on moisture sensor bars (i think you forget to put 2 wire connector put together). when you use other cycle dryer use moisture sensor to dry cloths so sensor not working dryer will stop in 5 minutes or so because dryer think there are no wet cloths to dry. hope this help you.

I have a Frigidaire Affinity electric dryer Model # FAQE7001LWO. . The cycle will start for about 5-7 mins once started and then it shuts off and all lights on the unit start blinking. Please Help!

Google your model number and how to retrieve the error codes. It sounds like either the heating coil or control board is bad. I have a different model that does the very same thing...they run until the cycle tried to turn the heat on then it causes an error. In my case it is the control panel and I decided since mine is old and we are a family 6 (lots of use in it) not to repair it.

The dryer will not heat. I have no error codes and everything else works fine. I did order a heating element assuming that was the issue but now wonder if I would've had an error code and it could be...

Hi,

If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heating the most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glows sometimes it is still not working properly.

I have a samsung DV337AEG/XAA Electric Dryer which three weeks stopped heating up. We replaced the heating element, along with the thermostat. after that it heated up for 20 minutes then stopped, replaced...

This one isn't going to be easy, you've already replaced the major things. I'm guessing there's a crack in some connector, or other defect, that heats up like the element and opens up- giving the same symptoms. It could be a faulty connection in the power feed to the element connector, or any other connection en route to it. You might see something suspicious. If you have some electronic skills, you might run the dryer until it happens, then quickly disconnect it, and while it's still hot, ohm out all power connections and wiring that could affect the element. You might get lucky and find the open line, being able to hone in on the bad connection, etc. Good luck!

Samsung dryer blowing thermostats, constantly

you may need to replace both thermal fuses and or the heating element itself but check to make sure you have the proper temp rating for the thermal fuses
