I have bought a virtual reality headset but cannot figure out how to start the game when my phone is in the headset. Also my phone doesn't go all of the way in unless the back is off of my phone.

As soon as you connect the headset the sound should come through them.

Is your headset bluetooth enabled? If so, then you have to register the headset with the phone ie get the phone to do a search for Bluetooth enabled devices and it should find the headset.

Make sure the headset is fully charged if it is Bluetooth enabled also.

As far as I am concerned, this is a scam, I ordered in Dec. 2 and have not heard a word from the company. I have sent 3 request to the company to find out a delivery date and who may be the carrier. Not a word from them. I would suggest not to buy from this firm, I am not sure if they are a real company. If they are legit their customer services stinks.
