How to use bluetooth wireless headphone with alcatel smart phone?
There are a lot of alcatel phones. Do you have a model number? Basically, you go into the menu or settings, find the bluetooth menu and press "pair". Press and hold the power button on the bluetooth headphone until it "beeps".
The phone will ask for a pairing code, typically 0000. Try this or get me a model number of both the phone and bluetooth. Good luck!

I don't know if this will help but try this:
Make sure the headset is charged up.
On your phone, go to settings and find the bluetooth set up. Don't start it yet.
on the headset, press and hold the on/off button until the light comes on. It should flash blue and orange.
Now press the "add device" or similar language on your phone. It will search for the headset. Once it is found it will ask for a passkey. Try typing in 0000 (that is, four zeros). Press ok.
It should work now.

Alcatel one touch problems
Most USB devices if you keep plug it in on different ports will need to reinstall the device software on that port as well. Ensure you use it on the same port continuously. Also going into the Device Manager and ensure the device is not disabled for that specific usb port. Disable and enable the device by right click on the device. If you do not see the device at all it means somewhere the driver has become corrupted. In this case uninstall and reinstall the software from you control panel. Also check that your firewall has not blocked the device. Lastly download the latest driver (or the complete connectivity package) for the device directly from the manufacturers website.
