Dear Ali you have a pretty vauge question but i will start with an assumption that you have no cold water going into the tub when machine calls for it. start at the wall where the water supply comes out of the fausct -if it comes out there and it seems like the pressure is as strong as the hot side check the hoses for blockage. lastly make sure there are no clogged screens in line or on the back of the machine. generally the water control valves fail and will not let the water pass. replace that and you should be golden Cheers Denny
