Machine error 77 means you hade either a Machine error 76 or Machine error 78 and turned the machine off. Sometimes the machines will give a false code and can be reset

Usually the error codes are shown as like E4 which would be E4: You hit the reverse button while the bobbin winder shaft was moved over to the right. Move the bobbin winder shaft to the left.
