You should make sure it is grounded. Also, is it getting oil from the pan? Blown fuses usually mean there is an overload in the motor. Check that the belt is not too tight.

u need a silicon based nylon thread and a larger needle. needle may be getting hot too depending on thickness of work. spray some silicon on upper thread.

I am not familiar with this particular machine, but I found references to the thread cutter. Did you try turning it off? Could the cotton thread be rotten, have you tried sewing with button thread? Thread Trimming Function correlates with the scissors icon on the face of the machine. The G210 in unique in the fact that it has this function, which will automatically trim the thread for you, leaving virtually no mess! Ok! Thats a good one. Just try using your hand and work with it together with the pedal . You just need to make sure that your machine is properly oiled and keep on moving you probaly dont use it as often just every day just keep on using it until it gets a motion going every day about 5 minutes.
