There adjuster bolts on either side of the control levers. To access these you must focuse. Your attention to the bottom. Of control......turning the adjusters left or right will
Excellerate or decrease the drive speed.of left or right traxs or tire's
Check the starter/solenoid. If you have a weak starter or solenoid, it could need the extra voltage put into your electrical system when doing a jump start.
Make sure your fan belt is correctly tensioned .If so,remove one battery lead and with every thing switched off tap the battery lead on the battery teminal. If you see sparking this will indicate a voltage draw on the battery . My guess is that you probably need a new battery.Take it to a battery sales place and let them check it for you.
Hello I have a 763 highflow bobcat all gauges read good I lock down the bar and go and it locks up about like the park brake is on but its off I can 10 to 15 foot and bam it locks up if someone has a idea id sure try whatever thanks.
Lets start with the battery, just because the car starts in the morning does not mean the battery is good, A bad battery will start the car and as car is running and drawing power out of the battery the battery which is getting charged back up from the alternator but if battery is bad and not accepting the charge this will do a few things. First it will cause damage to the alternator because , the alternator will try to charge the battery with no result and so it keeps charging at high rates and heats up and causes damage to itself , the next thing is battery loses voltage slowly until it does not have enough voltage to keep engine going , inturn engine stalls out, I would start by first having the battery tested by a shop with a battery tester, the next thing is the alternator , have that tested.
Your problem will be a bad alternator or battery. good day.
Try testing the battery, take it to your local auto parts and have them test the battery, if the battery is bad it will eventually not take a charge even with a jump. Good Luck.
If you are sure your battery is good (11 volts is not a strong battery unless you have a bunch of stuff running from it when you measure it), check your battery teminals. Sounds like when you clamp the jumper cables to the battery, the calmp tightens the terminals, giving you a better connection. All connections should be clean and tight.
