The battery may no longer be able to accept a charge. Try a new battery in it and charge it before seeing if starts to work as expected again.

I have VIBE bluetooth keyboard for iPad mini ( VE 1089) and can't find ON switch

yes the red charge light will only stay lit for just a little bit... then turn it on by pressing down above the words written "charge". You should be pressing and holding down on a dial with three semi circles above it (as szuravic stated). Press and hold down until you get the bluetooth and power button lit on blue. Then go to your settings and bluetooth.... "bluetooth keyboard" should pop up. Click on it and then it will ask you to enter a 4 digit code on your keyboard followed by the return key. Soon after you should be "connected". If you are fully charged (first time plugged in should be 12 hours.. then after 4 hours) then you can unplug. Hope that's helpful!!

5.Wait 10 seconds.
6.Press and hold the W key.

My HP pavilion ze4949 will not charge the battery. I got this laptop 2nd hand, and the "charging" light that the manual states should be lit while the AC adapter is plugged in has never lit;...

Take the battery out and see if the A/C charger will run the PC.
If so the portion of the PC Motherboard that charges the battery has failed.
The Motherboard is the heart of the PC and quite difficult to replace at home.

Go to a PC repair and see if it is worth fixing. BIG Labor cast.

Sorry!

Mitel 5224 Speakerphone not working

it is likely the phone is in headset mode. If you've got a headset button programmed, then it should be lit.... if so, press it and it should work for you.

If you don't, you might be able to use the blue superkey to either turn off headset mode or set a button.
Press the Blue superkey, Press an unused button in the two rows of buttons. Press the "Change Key" softkey (under the display). Press No until you see headset key... press Yes.
Press the superkey again to get out of the programming.
Now that you've got the key programmed for headset, press it, if it's lit, press it again. Test your speakerphone.
If this doesn't work, I believe you would have a defective phone and should report it to your system admin or telephone system vendor for repair/replace.

Sincerely,
Mark
