First of all, you need to select the phone language to English or whatever you want. Your all gadgets will follow the same language. Somply click on weather gadgets and select the right top Setting Icon. Select your city along country and that's it.

Open up weather at the bottom right corner of the box containing the weather screen there is a small white circle with and "i" in it click on that once in this screen click on the plus sign in the top left hand corner. Here you can search for your city. Hope this helps.

for images : check your MMS settings if there's any restriction sizewise.
for music : insert desired music file to phone or memocard root menu. Your phone support .mp3, .wav files. Use built in Music trimmer to make ringtone(should be up to 30 sec.)
for weather: not all town are in database,some countries have only capitals displayed.
Get app called Advanced Config Tool and you'll be abble to do a lot of tweaks in your device.

if the LCD are crack or broken you don't have any other choice you need to replace it with a new one.

nokia mobile parts are easily find in any mobile shops in your town..

you can try go to their service center in Malls or if you can find a mobile repair shop near in your town you can ask them to change it for you..
