The mx2300n only supports up to 209gsm heavy card. You must make sure that your heavy card is not over this rating.
Set the bypass tray as 'Heavy' by clicking on the trays on the main copy mode screen, select type & size for bypass. Select heavy, and Auto AB as this will allow the tray guides to detect the size of your paper. Load the tray with up to 20 sheets of Heavy paper.
Open your document, select Print, then properties. Under the 'paper' tab, select paper source as bypass tray, and paper type as heavy (if you miss one of these steps, the ,machine will ask to load paper due to size or type mismatch).
That's pretty much it.

Sounds like you need to configure your print driver with the options that your machine has on it.

Hold down the copy button and it will display the levels

Try putting the paper in the 2nd paper tray and then go to system settings then paper tray settings and change to paper for that drawer to envelope and maybe COM10. Then try to print on the envelopes.

For a Mac to print to the Sharp MX-2300N the Postscript Kit (MX-PKX1) has to be installed on the copier. If that is not installed you will not get any mac to print to it.

Most likely the stack height sensor flag. Unless you're running hundreds at a time, it's not needed.
It's hard to attach in the proper position with the exit unit in the machine.

Its a cause by continuous misfeeding. You better find the cause of that problem.

to cancel the code press program key(P), asterisks, clear key, program key . when the stand by for simulation code appears type 14 to cancel the trouble code.
