My CAS CL5200 has a blue screen ?

Mostly blue screen are caused because of no input signals. First check all the cables and connectors, ensure they are properly connected with TV. For re-confirmation, press the menu button from remote. If menu is displayed properly, then the TV is receiving no signal.

Yes it can. But are you prepared to pay the price?! Not cheap due to parts and labor.

I have a 1 year old 50 inch element tv that flashes a blue screen randomly seconds or minutes apart. It doesn't happen every day but often enough to be irritating and be a problem.

Hi,
if you have the whole screen going blue it could be a simple loss of input, if you are viewing through a cable or satellite box check and or replace the interconnect leads, and check for loose connections, if there is a spare input port on the TV not used switch the cable/lead to there for comparison.

I just bought a 50" flatscreen element TV. I was searching through the options & selected 'reset default' & now my tv turns on (the blue light comes on) & the TV shines but it is just a black screen

Check your input source on set. If set to an input not being used you will get the black screen.

hi . you could try ge brand or philips brand universal remote control in code#1173 or auto code search. maybe working your element lcd tv. good luck!

check your inputs looks to me there are no inputs connected

a blue screen usually means that there is no input signal, either an empty input was selected or the input board/main board is defective and doesn't see a good input signal.

On pic no sound blue srceen when turned on

NORMAL OPERATION. Blue screen is a volume cutoff feature when there is no signal. Turn blue screen off in the menu if you want sound when there is no signal. Another option cycle through the input sources until one is found if there are some attached and working.
