1) tight and clean the ribbon cables from display monitor 2) tight and clean the upper and lower connector 3) test the output voltage from control board, if there ARE NOT voltge the board is faulty, see my personal TIPS FOR HELP 4) test the terminal voltage motor, if there ARE the motor is faulty, see my personal TIPS . Go to start button and click on programs! Look for acer recovery! there should be a drivers and applications setting look for webcam install!! that should work for you!!
Try to download the latest software from the nokia website ( click here ) and install that. please contact your mobile operator about the internet settings for the notwork you.
Please refer your motherboard manual and fix the front panel cable including power button. After this if power button is not working than swap the power button cable and reset button cable.
And then start your PC by pressing the reset button.
