This phone you have is on a Panasonic DBS phone system. The phone system can be programmed to have any combinations of telephones ring under different circumstances. If you can swap phones around (with another known working phone) and the phone at that location still does not ring then it is definitely in the programming for that location not to ring. The phone system would have to be programmed. In that case you would need to get someone (phone system installation company) familiar with the system you have to re-program it. A phone system Programming manual would be required (not a user guide).

Hi i have a panasonic KX-TES824 installed with 2 co lines and 4 extensions. I want the ringtones to be different for internal telephones (ie call between the extensions) and the CO Lines (when call comes...

A Panasonic Analog PTS ring sound is not adjustable, however, the cadence is. An outside call rings with a single ring, an internal call is either voice announce or a double ring. The digital phones from Panasonic have either 8 or 30 different tones, but that's a different system.

Night Mode

This is all done in system programming for the system. You most likely have an installation company that handles changes and additions to the system and programming. Otherwise you would need to gain access to a programming manual (not a user guide) for the phone system itself (not your phone) Programming these is not simple especially for someone who has never done it.
