I can only answer my mobile via speaker or headphones. Want is wrong?
Checked everything. Went into Vodafone and they checked that I had turned up volume which I had. They thought that the speaker in the front was either broken or dirty. Cleaned it still does not work. It works on speaker an headphones, sounds odd tome!!

Check where you went wrong. Caps, or any other little mistake, can cause the computer (on the server side) to reject you.
Also try to find out if the provider has a server error.
Are you have the headphones and speakers both pluged in? When you plug in headphones the speakers get muted. You need to change your sound settings back to your sound card if you use usb headphones. The plug on the front of the 4700 also automatically mutes the speakers.
right click the speaker icon in bottom right hand corner of screen, go to playback devices, make sure that you have the speakers clicked for your sound.....
If headphones work then so does the amplifier. When did this problem start? From what I can find it almost sounds like it thinks you have headphones plugged in, which would disable the speakers.
no always the the voice speaker is located to the front of the phone but the song/ringer speaker is located to the back of the phone so you will have to take the phone to a mobile service center and have them replaced the speaker.
Hi, I had the same exact problem. The speakers wouldn't work but sound came out of the headphone jack.
To fix my problem, i opened up the subwoofer unit and checked the fuse on the circuit board which seemed fine. Then i had a look at the wiring on the other side of the circuit board and noticed one of the wiring had fried leaving a gap in the connection and exposing the copper wiring. So i just soldered the two bits of wire together. Works fine now!
I just had to be careful when i finished soldering that the exposed wire wouldn't touch any of the other connections. I insulated the wires with a glue gun to keep it all in place.
hope this helps.
