what is happening & what windows is it

Make sure the hard drive is connected to the ide cable that has a blue end. Don't connect anything else to this cable. when the pc is booting up watch the screen for the option to enter setup usually Del, or F2. Once into the bios see if the boot options are set to cd first and ide 0 second. You can also see if the hard drive is being detected in the bios.

If you want to buy a desktop best option will be dell or hp. go on www.dell.co.in www.hp.co.in but in my opinion assembling a desktop will be cheap and more user friendily than purchasing a branded. if you want tips mail me.

Turn off and unplug, Remove CMOS battery for 15 minutes replace and restart. If this does not work try the setting jumpers on m/b method (you will have to look this up) 21.June.2015

It sounds like you are running a 32 bit operating system XP, Vista, or Windows 7 (32).
The 32 bit Operating Systems are only able to see and use about 3Gb of RAM. To use a greater amount you will need a 64 bit OS (either Windows XP/64 or Windows 7/64) or one of the open source 64 bit operating systems.

The set up should be as this.cable plugs into headphone jack on your pc. that connectects to your powerd subwoofer it is power correct! then your small speakers connect to the sub box or thew should? look on the sub box usually front and on the bottom.if thee actual speaker connections then they will be on the rear.

It sounds to me like the on-board HDD controllers are dead. Have a look at the motherboard... I'll wager you'll see a fried capacitor right in the middle. Common Dell failure :(

1st try scanning for virus then go to internet options in control panel click on advance options and look towards bottom and click on reset . Let me know if this helped.

change the boot sequence to HDD in BIOS

I would check to make sure that the video card is seated well in the mother board. If it has a fan on it be sure that it is turning when you turn the power on. Check all connections to the card and the back of the monitor

That is because the old files of the last memory is still there. You need to re install windows to correct this error

5. Click OK to restart Import Pictures and Videos. Type a tag in the Tag these pictures (optional) box, and then clickImport to import your pictures and videos using the new settings.For updates make sure that the time and date are correct, if it doesn't match what time it actually is , it wont update, and make sure your OS has been activated
