The right rear burner spark electrode works only occasionally and has a weak spark. The burner lights well if a match is used. The burner gas port to the electrode is clear. Bad spark modulator? Three of the four burners have a strong spark. The electrode is clean and connections seem tight.
Yes, it does sound like you have a bad spark module. But it could be a dirty spark electrode, allowing most of the voltage follow the "dirty path" to ground instead of going through the air. Make sure the electrode (the insulator) part is clean and dry. If you still have a weak spark (or one that goes out when the gas is turned on), they you probably have a bad spark module. If you want to know for sure, try swapping 2 spark wires. Remember that when 1 ignitor sparks, they all (are supposed to) spark.

Ralph, you need to look at the electrodes at the burners. They might be cracked or dirty. It's very hard to tell sometimes when they are cracked. The burner cap itself has to have a good ground and the wires going to the electrode should be on tight. You can eliminate the spark module by switching the right and left side burner wires at the module. Once you do that, if the right side works ok, but now the left doesn't, you can be pretty sure it's the module...Catriver..post back.

You either have a short in your electronic ignition or the ignition board is defective. Check the wiring to the ignition board for shorts. also check and make sure you ignitors are well grounded.

Pull out the bottom drawer and you will find the spark module. I strongly suspect it is weak. Here is a video that shows operation:
This one shows the module on the backside but I looke dup yours and it is below in the backside of the bottom drawer. Ok here is what i think The igniters could be dirty and I have a video showing how to check that plus another video to show how to remove those pesky switches on the top burners and spark module operation.

Yes,all burners spark as a safety feature in the event any gas knob is turned on.
The non sparking burner could be from a bad spark electrode, poor grounding on the burner cap or a bad spark switch for that burner.
