If you cancelled your Comcast internet service then your Comcast email is gone. Hopefully you forwarded any important emails to a working email account (or even to a friend you trust) before cancelling the account. On Century Link sign in to your new account then locate and click on Email. There should be a button to click on to set up a new email account. Failing that, call Century Link customer support and they will walk you through it step-by-step.

How do I unlock voicemail on a hand set?

Enter the admin mailbox (usually FEATURE 981). Follow the prompts to enter the mailbox change menu for the box you need to reset and select the "reset password" function. This unlocks the box and sets the password to 0000, which will then prompt the user to enter a new password when the mailbox is opened.

Oh sorry about that. Your email is a personal thing that you should not disclose your password to anyone even us.
1- goto gmail.com to retrieve your mailbox password
2-click "forgot password" and input your recovery email
3- A reset link will be sent to your recovery mailbox
4- follow the link to reset your new password for ([email protected])
When you're done with changing your email password.
5- goto settings on your IPhone
6- email & icloud
7- input you changed password and delete the email
8- insert [email protected] as the new email and icloud account

How do we change the voicemail message if we do not know the password?

You don't. You can reset a mailbox password from the System Owner's mailbox (999) but if you don't have that password, it's time to call the person who set it up. If you're changing the GREETINGS, those are done from the Message Manager's mailbox (998). Again, that password can be reset from 999 but someone has to have it to change greetings.

I need to change our Auto Attendant message to remove the name of an employee that is no longer with us. I have tried Feature 983 but when I enter the recommended 120000 (we have 2 digit mailboxes) it says...

The best thing to do at this point is to reset the admin. password.
To reset the administrator pasword enter feature 985 press 9, at the password prompt enter 73738767793 (resetsmpwsd) and press ok or #,press yes to reset password. password should be defaulted to 0000. then try Feature 983. if your system has 2 digit intercom #s your password is 120000.

To reset your voice mail password, press feature 983 the screen should say log:
enter 120000 (default password)
the display should say mbox, AA, and othr above the three soft keys
press the mbox soft key
the screen should say add, del, and chng above the soft keys
press the chng soft key
enter in the mailbox number you wish to reset the password on
press ok
the screen should say reset and next above the soft keys
press the reset soft key
press the Rls key
your password should be reset to 0000

Comcast cable channel one off from Tivo channel

I've never, ever heard of this problem - having been a happy TiVo user for over 15 years. The very first thing I would do is call Comcast and tell them what is occurring. How long had everything worked OK before this happened? If things were OK for a long time before this, and if your TV carrier was, likewise, Comcast for a long time; and if you haven't gotten a new TV or cable box for a long time, then the problem must rest with Comcast. It must!
In our home, with the number of movies, shows/sporting events/etc. which we record, that would be totally unacceptable!

Try this: Unplug everything (with everything turned off). Make sure your TiVo remote is good (fully charged batteries and the code is right for your TV/cable box), Wait for 10 minutes and plug everything back in, starting with TiVo, then the TV, then any other accessories.

Plug back in and do a complete restart from scratch - like you did when you first set up TiVo.

Make SURE that your receiving channel (3 or 4) is the same on both. It could be that someone accidentally has changed it - are there kids in the house?

If none of this works, get Comcast in there. That's all I can tell you. . .

How do i reset password or passcode on a phone that has not been used?

You need to access the system manager mailbox to change passwords and mailboxes. this is done from dialing auto attendant than dialing 632 and entering the password for that mailbox if asked. There is a setting for change mailbox in there. Just listen to her and remember 1 always =yes and 2 always = no
