If the LAN driver is showing up ok as per the device manager then try these steps:
First with everything on (ISP modem and computer) open your browser and now look to see where the cable enters your network card. You should see one solid light and one flashing light.
If there is only the solid light, check to make sure the cable is pushed all the way in (or try another cable if you have one).

If that didn't work try this: Turn both your modem and computer off. Now, you need to try turning them both on at exactly the same time. Check to see if the network is now working.

I having intel dh55tc & i5 processor,2gb ram,1gb asusgraphics card.my pc work ok ! but it's having lan card problem .when my pc start it showing yelow mark .my internet not work, when disable &...

I would re-install the drivers for that lan card. I don't know what version of windows you're running, so I'm going to give you the link to the Intel site. Select the driver for your system's OS ((XP, Vista, 7) and click to download. You then install the drivers. It would be best if you can do this on someone else's machine if you're having connectivity issues. You can download the drivers onto a disk or pen drive then install onto your machine. Good luck!

Ethernet not work

Check in the Device manager to see if all the devices are enable and working.
The one with a yellow ? against that device requires a driver installation.
Is the LAN device OK?
How do you intend to setup your LAN, is it for Internet access or a home network?
I need more information on your problem, together with error messages.

Yes this does sound like a lan driver issue. I would recommend going to this website for drivers. Just select your operating system.
