How many watts does Kaz Steam Vaporizer Safeguard Model 76 use???? I think it's using a lot of electricity. Anyone with clarity please?

If you do not already have one get a cheap hygrometer at Lowes or Home Depot and put it in your humidor at eye level. Then run your unit until it reads 70 percent. When the unit is balanced in other words shuts off at that humidity you are set. Use a majic marker to mark the position and you are done. Let me know how this works out.

to get the instructions. you can go to www.jardenstore.com . click on the holmes on the main page. in the search bar on the left type in your model the hm1865. click on the unit which should be the 2nd picture. right below that picture it has the manual. it will download in adobe reader.
