I bought a 1987 motorhome with an onan generator in it.... the guy told me it ran last year fine and this year they went to start and it would not crank. He replaced the mother board($130) but it did not fix the problem. Batteries are good...I have tried starting when plugged into house...gas tank is half full in camper. It does not make a sound when I push the start on the generator or remote start. Batteries do not show a load when start button is pushed. Any ideas? Generator ''looks'' like it is in good condition.

The gen. is not the problem, the engine start circuit is not functioning. You need to look at the starter solenoid and starter.
