Dear sir i have Panasonic KX-T7730 Phone but when i receive a call iam not able to see the caller's number on my LCD Screen .. what should i do to display the number on the screen . in my office i have 10 lines . please give me a solution as iam losing customers

Does this happen for all incoming calls? Some phones have their caller ID hidden by their network service.

Since you have 3 lines, that tends to be a TA series phone system. Do you have CID hardware? It's a card that fits into a card slot or rests in the cover of the Key Service Unit and ends in 93. (62493, 82493)

Start with CID service, a card, and some programming.

The one who can show the caller ID when someone call is the caller only. He/she can set to hide his/her number ID in their phone so we can't see it. We can't force to see this caller ID, but if this calls disturbed you, you can install call blocker and only allow certain incoming call to be recieved.
