Remove power and clean the inside while checking if there are food particles on the inside or in the Wave-guides- the portion where the Magnetron is fitted. i think your getting to much moisture in your microwave the exhaust fan is to small and can't handle it. once everything dries out you are able to rest it check with samsung.
