Test the high voltage capacitor,the rectifier diode.or the magnetron.

If it additionally does not spin and no light, then check also the door switch.

The diode and capacitors can br tested. The capacitor must be alloweddischarge before testing, or you risk to get electrocuted, even ifpower is off. Capacitors can get discharged by shorting their twocontacts.
Replace the magnetron if the checks and all of the high voltage component tests are good, but the unit still does not heat.

We see this a lot. The problem is on the control panel, which we regularly repair nationwide for $39.95 postpaid.

This light failure often occurs when a bulb goes out and the filament shorts, or when the bulbs are removed or installed without first unplugging the oven from the power line. Either can cause such a failure on the controller.

This can often also affect the exhaust fan operation, too. The lights and fan can be inoperable or stuck on too.

0.03 ohms? Should read 'short' if it (the fuses) are good. Does your Volt Ohm Meter have a position that beeps if it reads a short? (touch one probe to the other to produce a short and observe the reading) You should get the same reading on a good fuse ... beep or reading. Is your microwave 220 volts?

There is not much that goes wrong with a microwave,really. You are on the right track. Test the fuses. If you get power but no heat, I recommend you suspect (and inspect) the door safety interlock micro switches. If these switches fail, the oven doesnt know if the door is open or closed.

SE stands for "Sensor Error". This appears if the keypad is held down for longer than 10 seconds but if not held down this means that your humidity sensor has shorted and needs to be replaced. You will need to uninstall the entire unit and remove the outer shell to access the sensor that needs to be replaced. It will be mounted somewhere around one of the vent on the cavity of the microwave. You may contact Sears for the replacement part at 1-800-252-1698; M-F 6:30 AM-10:30 PM - Sat 7:00 AM-9:30 PM - Sun 7:30 AM-9:30 PM - All times Central.

E-63 error code in your Samsung Microwave is a T1 maximum timer error which means that the power control board has gone bad and needs replacement. However, before replacing it you can unplug the unit for 5-10 minutes to do a hard reset, if the problem is back then replacing the PCB is recommended repair.
