Temitope, Hard reset. Open computer, remove battery,hold power button down (((1 minute))), reinsert battery, reassemble laptop, push/hold power button a couple seconds.
2nd fix, try to boot laptop without hdd.(hard drive). Remove the hdd, then turn on the laptop.. then it can get into the bios.. reset the bios to the default setting, turn off the laptop, and then turn it on again with hdd reinstalled. This seems to be what works in the forums with this issue found in Asus laptops. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck

if you are looking for purchasing a new battery, contact any authorised computer hardware deale. they will provide you with one. if you intend to repair it, you should loook for authorised notebook service centres present there. the nearest service proffesional coulde be located from the company website. repairing a battery pack seems impossible.so i would suggest buying a new one
